Pricing & Fee Information

  1. Maximum 6 tickets per transaction.

  2. Ticket prices are subject to a RM4.00 booking fee per ticket and a RM10.00 transaction fee per transaction.

  3. Seating starts at 7.00pm and event starts at 9.00pm sharp on 15.12.2023, so please be seated by or before then. 

  4. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.

Terms and Condition

  1. Please present your ticket(s) to enter the venue. Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.

  2. High Table & Low table 2 pax, 4 pax & 6 pax : You will receive a confirmation email without e-tickets upon purchase. The e-ticket will be issued and sent on the following working day.

  3. No admission aged below 18 years old. 

  4. Tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

  5. Ticket is subject to booking fee and transaction fee.

  6. Once your transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

  7. The organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or stolen ticket.

  8. The resale of tickets at the same or higher value than the initial purchase price is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from www.etix.my.

  9. The organizer reserves the right to deny admission and cancel any tickets that breach the venue or ticketing T&C without any refund.

  10. No smoking or vaping is allowed.

  11. No pets allowed.

  12. No photography, video, or audio recording is allowed during the performance. Cameras, drones, and audio/video recording devices of any kind are not allowed into the venue.

  13. No weapon, sharp object, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotic, or other item that may cause a potential safety hazard or disturbance to the event is allowed.

  14. No  food or beverages are allowed.

  15. No noisemakers, balloons, large signs (bigger than A3 size: 42cm x 29.7cm), large bags (bigger than 35cm x 20cm), selfie sticks, long umbrellas, laser pointers, or other items that would cause interference or disturbance to another individual or the event are allowed.

  16. No unofficial show merchandise or light sticks are allowed.

  17. The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue.

  18. The organizer reserves the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.

  19. Wearing a face mask during the event is advisable for your own health concern.

  20. If you are tested COVID positive, are under quarantine, have had close contact with a COVID patient, or are displaying any COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
