4. Photography & Videography Consent
By participating in this event, you (and your accompanying guest, if any) irrevocably consent to the capture of photographs, audio, and video recordings by L’OCCITANE, its appointed photographers, videographers, and partners. You agree that such materials may be used, reproduced, edited, published, and distributed for marketing, promotional, advertising, and communication purposes, across all media platforms worldwide, without time limitation and without compensation.
5. The RM100 cash voucher per pax will be issued only upon attendance on the event day** Voucher entitlement is strictly per pax, per person, per mobile number, per profile, per receipt * Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
6. General
Slots are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis* L’OCCITANE reserves the right to amend event details, terms, or arrangements without prior notice
7. Please present your ticket(s) to enter the venue. Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.
8. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
9. Tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
10. Once your transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
11. The organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or stolen ticket.
12. The resale of ticket at the same or higher value of the initial purchase price is prohibited. Organizer reserves the right to cancel ticket that have not been purchased from www.etix.my.
13. The organizer reserves the right to deny admission and cancel any tickets which has breached the venue or ticketing T&C without any refund.
14. No smoking or vaping is allowed.
15. No pets allowed.
16. No weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotics, helmet or items that may cause potential safety hazard and disturbance to the event are allowed.
17. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
18. No noisemakers, balloons, large signs (bigger than A4 size: 21cm x 29.7cm), large bags (bigger than 35cm x 20cm), selfie sticks, long umbrella, laser pointers or other items that would cause interference or disturbance to others individual or the event are allowed.
19. The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue.
20. The organizer reserves the right to revise event time, venue layout and audience capacity without prior notice.
21. If an Event is being cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all user. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves updated with the event information. The organizer and ticketing agent would not not be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.
