Join us for a memorable evening as we celebrate 100 years of Penang Badminton Association with a night of milestones, memories, and recognition of our badminton legends.
Evening Highlights :
1. Photo Booth Backdrop – Strike a pose and create lasting memories with
friends and family at our specially designed photo booth backdrop
2. Photo Wall – Walk through 100 years of badminton heritage. The Photo Wall showcases PBA’s greatest milestones and unforgettable moments, offering the perfect spot for a commemorative photo.
3. Hall of Fame – Celebrate the Legends who shaped Penang badminton. The Hall of Fame pays tribute to players, and pioneers whose dedication and achievement built our proud legacy.
4. Exhibition of Medals & Trophies – Marvel at the glittering collection of medals, trophies, and memorabilia that reflects a century of triumphs, perseverance, and sporting glory

The Penang Badminton Association proudly celebrates a century of sporting excellence, dedication, and legacy. The 100th Anniversary Gala Dinner marks a significant milestone in our journey, honoring the athletes, pioneers, and passionate supporters who have shaped Penang’s badminton scene over the past 100 years.
Set against a backdrop of elegance and prestige, the gala dinner will take place on 22nd November 2025, featuring a black and gold theme to reflect the association’s rich heritage and bright future. The night will be filled with captivating performances, heartfelt tributes, awards, and the gathering of legends – past and present – who have made Penang a powerhouse in Malaysian badminton.
This unforgettable evening promises to be more than just a celebration – it is a tribute to our enduring spirit, a reunion of generations, and a glimpse into the promising future of badminton in Penang.

Maximum 10 tickets per transaction.
Ticket prices are subject to a RM10.00 transaction fee per transaction.
1. Please present your ticket(s) to enter the venue. Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.
2. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
3. Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The event is suitable for all age groups unless otherwise advised.
4. The venue is accessible for guests with disabilities. If special assistance is required (e.g., wheelchair access), please inform the organizer at least 5 days before the event
5. By proceeding with the purchase of tickets to the Penang Badminton Association (PBA) 100th Anniversary Gala Dinner, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
a. Seating Arrangements
b. Individual Ticket(s): Seating will be assigned by the Organiser. No selection option is available for individual ticket purchases. Please allow up to three (3) working days for your seat allocation to be processed and confirmed via email.
c. Table of 10: Guests who purchase a full table (10 seats) may select their preferred table from the available layout during checkout. Table selection is confirmed only upon full payment and is subject to availability.
6. Tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Ticket is subject to transaction fee.
8. Once your transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
9. The organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or stolen ticket.
10. The resale of tickets at the same or higher value than the initial purchase price is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from www.etix.my.
11. The organizer reserves the right to deny admission and cancel any tickets that breach the venue or ticketing T&C without any refund.
12. No smoking or vaping is allowed.
13. No pets allowed.
14. Guests are welcome to capture the gala’s memorable moments using their smartphones for photography, video recording, and even live streaming on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. However, professional camera equipment is not permitted. We kindly ask that you avoid using flash photography, as it may interfere with the production setup.
15. No weapon, sharp object, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotic, or other item that may cause a potential safety hazard or disturbance to the event is allowed.
16. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
17. No noisemakers, balloons, large signs (bigger than A3 size: 42cm x 29.7cm), large bags (bigger than 35cm x 20cm), selfie sticks, long umbrellas, laser pointers, or other items that would cause interference or disturbance to another individual or the event are allowed.
18. No unofficial show merchandise or light sticks are allowed.
19. The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue.
20. The organizer reserves the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
21. If the Event is being cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all guests. However, it is the responsibility of the guests to keep themselves updated with the event information. The organizer and ticketing agent will not be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect of travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of the Event.
22. Wearing a face mask during the event is advisable for your own health concern.
23. If you are tested COVID positive, are under quarantine, have had close contact with a COVID patient, or are displaying any COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
