  1. Maximum 4 tickets per transaction.

  2. Ticket prices are subject to a RM6.00 booking fee per ticket. (Exclude 8% SST).

  1. Please present your ticket(s), either on your mobile device or as a printout at the registration area in front of Hall 6, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.
  2. Each ticket contains a unique QR code for one-time use, which will be scanned upon entry. To prevent forgery, please do not post your e-ticket(s) online or share them with others.
  3. Children aged 5 and above required a ticket for admission. Free admission below 5 years old but no seat.  
  4. Ticket is subject to booking fee.
  5. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once your transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
  6. The organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or stolen ticket.
  7. The resale of tickets at the same or higher value than the initial purchase price is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from www.etix.my.
  8. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with these terms.
  9. No smoking or vaping is allowed.
  10. No pets allowed.
  11. No professional recording equipment allowed.
  12. No weapon, sharp object, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotic, drugs or any illegal substances, or other item that may cause a potential safety hazard or disturbance to the event are allowed.
  13. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
  14. No noisemakers, balloons, large bags or backpacks (venue may impose size limits), long umbrellas, laser pointers, or other items that would cause interference or disturbance to another individual or the event are allowed.
  15. Strictly NO DRUGS allowed on the premises. Any attendees found in possession of illegal substances will be denied entry or removed from the venue and may be reported to local authorities.
  16. The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue.
  17. The organizer reserves the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
  18. If an Event is being cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all user. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves updated with the event information. The organizer and ticketing agent would not be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.
  19. Wearing a face mask during the event is advisable for your own health concern.
  20. All visitors must follow the event’s safety guidelines and instructions provided by JEMY staff or security personnel at all times.
  21. Attendees assume all risk associated with attending the event. The organizers and venue are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
