1. Eligibility 

Participation in this raffle draw is open only to Malaysian citizens who are non-Muslims aged 18 years and above at the time of ticket purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

All raffle tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform at www.etix.my or through authorised channels designated by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket not purchased through official channels.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

All confirmed transactions are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. However, in the event that the organiser reschedules, postpones, or makes material changes to the event, the organiser reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include ticket validity for the revised event date or other arrangements deemed suitable.

4. Tickets

This raffle is conducted using e-tickets only; no physical vouchers will be issued. The organiser and ticketing agent shall not be liable for any misused e-tickets. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their ticket details, including any reference numbers or QR codes. Tickets that are duplicated, tampered with, or used without authorisation will not be replaced and will not be eligible for prize claims.

5. Duplicate or Invalid Tickets

In the event of duplicate ticket numbers or system errors, only the ticket recognised as valid in the organiser’s official records shall be accepted.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to revise the event date, time, or details without prior notice. If the raffle draw event is cancelled, postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, the organiser will make reasonable efforts to inform participants. However, participants are responsible for staying updated with event information. The organiser and ticketing agent shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to such changes.

7. Raffle Draw Process

The raffle draw will be conducted at Kechara Forest Retreat on the scheduled event date. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. There will be two (2) draw sessions as follows:

• First draw: 12.15pm (cut-off time for ticket purchase is 11.00am)
• Second draw: 4.30pm (cut-off time for ticket purchase is 3.30pm)

8. Winner Announcement

Winners may be announced during the event and/ or published through the organiser’s official communication channels.

9. Presence During Draw

Winners are not required to be present during the raffle draw to win unless otherwise specified. If a winner is present at the event, the prize may be presented immediately subject to verification.

10. Prize Redemption

Winners must present the valid winning e-ticket (including the reference number or QR code) together with a valid Malaysian IC for identity verification when claiming their prize. No physical voucher or ticket will be issued.

11. Third-Party Prize Collection

If a winner is unable to claim the prize personally, a representative may collect the prize on their behalf with a written authorisation from the winner and a copy of the winner’s identification, subject to the organiser’s approval.

12. Prize Claim Period

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of announcement, unless otherwise specified. Unclaimed prizes after this period may be forfeited at the organiser’s discretion.

13. Non-Exchangeable Prizes

All prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

14. Prize Substitution

The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value should the original prize become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

15. Taxes and Additional Costs

Any taxes, duties, registration fees, or other costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.

16. Organiser’s Decision

The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the raffle draw, including winner selection, eligibility, and prize allocation, shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

17. Publicity Consent

By participating in the raffle draw, winners agree that their name, photograph, or likeness may be used for promotional and publicity purposes by the organiser without additional compensation.

18. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.

19. Customer Service

All prize redemption matters and enquiries will be handled through the official Kechara customer service WhatsApp at +60103020999. Winners of physical prizes may choose to collect their items either from Kechara House in Petaling Jaya or Kechara Forest Retreat in Bentong. Alternatively, delivery via courier can be arranged upon request, and all related courier charges shall be borne by the winner.

20. Additional Terms

All other applicable terms and conditions as stated on the etix.my website (www.etix.my) shall apply.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
